DNA Testing Results! We received the results on Grid Iron. He is DNA Tested Homozygous Polled! We also have his ultra sound data he was scanned on Feb 7, 2008 and scored 16.83 in.sq. for Ribeye and 2.8% IMF.

New Herd Sire has arrived! WC Grid Iron 616 P will be walking pastures as our new hot herd sire. He was purchased from Derry Wright in the Missouri Charolais State Sale. Grid Iron's New owners are Laumann Charolais and Becker Farms. Grid Iron combines low birth weight, excellent EPD's, Carcass traits, and fast gaining into one uniform package. We had semen collected this spring and is for sale for $20 a unit. Contact one of his owners if you are interested in semen.

Fire Maker is sired by M6 Grid Maker 104 and his dam is ThomasSwisserSweet1764ET, (Zsa Zsa). Zsa Zsa is a past National Champion Female, and is the dam of the current National Champion Bull TR Mr. FireWater. Expect to see many calves sired by FireMaker next spring, Time and progeny should only improve his data.
